Can i get a shot of rocephin (ceftriaxone) instead of taking antibiotics to cure chlymydia?

No: Rocephin does not treat chlmaydia, it does treat gonorrhea. You need either zithromax or doxycycline for chlamydia. May not be a bad idea to get the ceftriaxone also because often enough those that have gonorrhea also have chlamydia and vice versa
