Don't worry: Hi. I think they just want to make sure your thyroid condition is treated. Pseudoephedrine can amp some people. I think the makers of the drug want to make sure that if you're hyperthyroid, it's treated. For hypothyroidism, there is NO concern. I hope you get over your cold soon!
