You could have enlarged lymph nodes in your neck from your sinusitis, or you could have meningitis. Get a massage: This sounds like referred muscular pain to me. Either see a deep tissue massage therapist to work out the Lactic Acid in the spasmed muscles, or get a physical therapy referral for tens treatment or range of motion enhancement treatments. The sinus drainage is probably non related.
