Friday i woke up sore neck took advil (ibuprofen) even put a scarf around i kept on doing it and i was then able to move my neck but pain came back worse today?

Get checked: If Advil, (ibuprofen) ice, heat and simple measures aren't helping and you have severe pain in the neck a prompt visit with your doctor is indicated. If it feels muscular and without fever, sore throat, headache it can probably wait until your next doctors appointment. Give them a call as soon as possible and if worse go to the emergency room.
