Bulbar palsy: Not sure what made you think that you may be having bulbar palsy. It would be way at the bottom on my list to consider. The problem sounds more superficial to me but without further exam and history, it's hard to tell what the cause is.

TMJ: It is probably temporo-mandibular joint inflammation. Soft diet and no gum or corn chips or steak for few days.

Unlikely: Your physician would need more information. Bulbar palsy is unlikely. It is more likely an infectious process. Go to your family doctor to be evaluated.
