Increase protein: In your diet. Also, if you are exercising, it would be good to add some wt lifting exercises to help build muscle. If you are over exercising (long distance running etc) then you maybe losing wt for that reason. If you are eating more than usual but still are losing weight, see a Dr to evaluate your thyroid function. If it is over active you will need to have that treated before you will gain wt
