Dear doctor, i have this abdominal pain where the pain moves mostly in right or left lower abdomen. i feel fullness a lot. my stool has red dots. ?

Lower abdominal pain: Lower abdominal pain with bloating sounds most likely irritable bowel (IBS), blood in the stool is not a symptom of IBS unless there is associated constipation and hemorrhoids.
