I had my thyroid removed in a tt in 2002. now the doctors say my level is normal without medications. should cancer be a concern?

Thyroid: If youre thyroid was removed in 2002 I would assume you were in some sort of thyroid replacement therapy. (Levothyroxine etc). If your level are normal without medication, the only explanation I could have is that there was some remaining thyroid tissue which is now taking care of your levels. There is no other explanation that I could think of. I would not necesarrily think it is malignant though

Thyroglobulin Antibody is high, 7.8. Thyroid Peroxidase also high, 55. All other TSH, T3, T4 are normal range. Doctor does not seemed concerned at all? Am I at risk for thyroid cancer?
