Avoid magical: thinking. Hopefully you have a food plan from your doc or a nutritionist. If you fall of the wagon get back on again. Many folks stop drinking, smoking, or choose a better lifestyle and if they backslide, they act as if the spell is broken. They still have the benefit of the days/weeks/months prior. Peace and good health. Beware of low fat fixes. They leave you hungry. Good fat is good.
