High/abnormal: It is high and abnormal, unfortunately is not specific, you should discuss with the physician who ordered the test about it. It is a marker of inflammation and could be elevated due to rheumatologic diseases, infections, etc; even in obesity can be elevated but what matters most is in the context that was order and for what reasons, again talk to your physician about it.
