My shoulder made a poppin noise and now it hurts....i know its not dislocated cause i can move it ok.....what could it be?

Could be a Rotator -: cuff tendon injury, bursitis, tendonitis, or even a shoulder joint subluxation (when joint doesn't dislocate completely but partially), so producing the popping sound and still having full motion as the joint probably self-reduced. Any of the above mentioned possibilities can result in Tendonitis or bursitis. See an Orthopod and get investigated. Good Luck.
