hi i once dislocated my shoulder at age 12 and its never been 100% again. i'm now 22 and i still feel some pain when i workout especially when i dips.

Not suprising : Go see an orthopedic surgeon about this there is probably some internal derangement in your joint like a labral tear and/or a hill-sachs these things can be improved with treatment in many if not most cases.
