Concerning: She needs to be seen, Big tongues can be due to amyloidosis, hypothyoridism or some other things. Poorly coordinated tongue may be from stroke or much else.

Swallowing problem: I need more information to fully evaluate the question. She will need to see her family doctor or an ent to get a swallowing study with an esophagram to look at the esophagus too. Hope this helps.
