Patience, time: Sometimes it takes a while for your appetite to come back after getting a severe infection like that. Make sure that your infection has been adequately treated. If you are losing a lot of weight see your doctor. If not, be patient and find things that you can eat that are nutritious. Your appetite will come back eventually.
