I just ate 2 pieces of chicken cordon bleu and i noticed it was a little cold so i opened it and it was undercooked(meat pink and clear) . am i gonna get food poisoning?

It is possible. If you feel indigestion and nausea in the next 2 hours, those are early food poisoning symptoms due to preformed toxin. After that, you may experience abdominal pain and then diarrhea stool in 4-6 hours. You should self induce vomit when you feel nausea then other symptoms will be mild. For bacterial infection, GI symptoms may not start until at least 8-12 hours after the meal.
