Stiff back muscles low an upper an achy an headache dull but any movement makes me worse can this be migraines i want to cry i feel so sick?

Not likely Migraine: Many things can cause stiff back muscles.Headaches often are a RESULT of upper back & neck problems.With so much of your body affected, it could be the result of infection-flu, or severe muscle contractions due to anxiety, etc.Headaches or migraines, by themselves, rarely cause the kind of whole-body pain you describe.A good history & physical exam, incl osteopathic hands-on exam may find cause.
