Migraine (meaning vascular) HA pain due to arteries in meninges enlarging as a result of BP (whatever it is) because person is not sending adequate orders from brain to artery wall muscles to adequately constrict & maintain size. The meningeal membranes are exquisitely sensitive to stretching, resulting in pain (often, not always, pulsing in sync with one's pulse).
