Posible. : Abdominal pain caused by a muscle strain is usually sharp and worsened with activity. It typically improves with use of NSAID or rest. Right upper quadrant pain can be a gallbladder or abdominal problem or even a kidney problem. However these are associated with nausea and abdominal pain with eating or in case of kidney right flank pain and change in urine- cloudy or blood in the urine.
