Constipation meds: Miralax (polyethylene glycol) are two common over the counter Milk of Magnesia constipation frequently recommended to pregnant women. Magnesium citrate is also available and good for severe cases. Some prefer to use an enema. All are available options to you and safe for use in pregnancy.
