Possibly: Make sure to drink 6- 8 glasses of water a day and avoid excessive ingestion of caffeine ( limit to 2 cups coffee or tea daily). You may need to increase the amount of fluids you drink when you have diarrhea or are sweating a lot ( exercise or heat). The color of your urine is a good measure of how well you are hydrated. Your urine should be a pale yellow color.
