Dr i am 22 and diabetic .. can i do kickboxing and gym and if i lose weight will reverse my diabetes my weight is 87?

If you're a: Type 1 diabetic, while exercise is an excellent means by which to keep your glucose in check, nothing will make you NOT a diabetic. But if you're a Type 2 diabetic, a disease of insulin resistance, with enough exercise and a rigid diet, it's quite possible to come off all oral medication for your Type 2 diabetes.

Diabetes kick boxing: Your primary responsibility is to completely control your diabetes. Whether or not you should lose weight needs to be determined by your doctors as some diabetics are too thin and malnourished. Get yourself excellent care. Suggest you read the book "diabetes revolution".
