Healthy: healthy eating habits, Eat less than you need -about 500 calories less a day. Eat from all food groups including meat, chicken, fish, fruits, vegetables, beans, whole grains, seeds and nuts. Also be more active, try to increase your activity. Consult with a nutritional specialist if you need assistance.
