These are my blood test results: RBC 3.02 low-- Hemoglobin !0.3 low--Hemocrit 31.2 high--RDW 176 high--- bilirubin 3.09 high-MCV 103 high-- Alkaline phosphates 120 high. Are these indications of cancer-? 6 months ago these were in normal range?

What do blood results mean ? TIBC, Hemoglobin, Hematocrit, RBC & MCH all LOW.. Retic count & RDW are HIGH. Iron, Tran Sat, Ferriten, MCV NORMAL
My father (65 yrs old)did a CBC blood test and all results are normal except for the hemoglobin is below normal 11.5 and the RDW is above normal 16.5
