Developed a swollen lump on the left side of my groin & it's grown fast and is painful. 3cm. unsure if it's a gland or not. have also had muscle & joint pain in the last few days. should i go to the hospital now or wait for dr. app tomorrow?

Depends: If having any fevers, drainage , or worsening of the pain and or increase in size with streaking redness, then you should go to the emergency department now, however, if the above symptoms have stabilized( meaning they have not worsened, then you should make your doctor's appointment tomorrow, I hope this helps
