May need biopsy: This should be evaluated further by your docs. A biopsy would reveal what the "lesion" is. It can be anything from enlarged lymph nodes to fatty masses to muscular lesions. We cannot tell from your description.

Colonoscopy showed a 2cm bulging in cecum. Biopsy was good. CT scan was unremarkable. It was noted that the loop of the sigmoid colon is located in the right quadrant, immediately beneath the cecum. GI wants a follow up, but won't explain why. Help?
