AC lesion: I think they meant AV (Aterio-venous) lesion which is a small vascular anomaly and most likely harmless.

Polypoid lesion: If on colonoscopy a small lesion noted in the ascending colon not seen previously I suspect a small polypoid growth noted. If base not on a stalk, bx might have been held off for possibility that bx could lead to performation. If small such lesions hard to define on scan. Best approach is to consider repeat colonoscopy in 4-4 mo. and bx performed if lesion larger.
