i'm a 29 year old woman with graves disease, lately i have been experiencing stiffness and joint pain, moreso in my knees, ankles, and hands. idea?

Graves disease: I presume you are taking medicine to control your thyroid or you have had the thyroid treated with radioactive iodine.
I do not relate the symptoms you are expressing to Grave's disease. You must quickly arrange to see your doctor ASAP.
If things are really that bad I would go the nearest Emergency room today and find out what is wrong.
