Exercise: Those are normal responses. If you train aerobically they will become less.

Could be normal.: It could be normal for your heart rate and respiratory rate to increase significantly during exercise and for a little while after you stop exercising. As long as your HR and RR return to normal shortly after stopping sport, then it’s probably fine.
