Albuminurea: Albuminurea is frequently encounterd in patients with essential Hypertension and is a predictor of higher risk of Cardiovasculat and probably Kidney Dysfunction It may be as consequence of augmented intraglmerular capillary Pressure.It may reflect the existence of intrinsic glomerular damage that causes changes in glomerula barrier filtration or it could be due to tubular alteration
