Normal Stress Test is Good news indicating no significant Heart Disease but one can still have Hypertension. So best to monitor BP with PCP and avoid too much Salt in Foods/Drinks. At age 26 regular Exercise and Healthy Lifestyle can also help keep BP well controlled.
