Not have Cholesterol: Omega 3 fatty acid are also found in fish oils including cod liver oil.
They include include DHA = docosahexaenoic and EPA = eicosapentaenoic acid. They do not contain cholesterol.
Lovaza which is omega-3-acid ethyl esters are FDA approved to treat severe hypertriglyceridemia
