More info needed...: Not sure of your question... if you are asking why an extracted tooth cannot be glued into your bony socket, it's because it will not stay in place. Your body will treat it as a foreign object and will try to reject it.

Glue: Teeth are held in bone by living tissue, a microscopically small ligament between the tooth and bone. Living tissues replace themselves periodically. Sorry, there is no glue to do this job. If a tooth is traumatically exfoliated, there are procedures to attempt preimplantation, but the requirements are stringent. Search "tooth reimplatation."
