It depends : Consistency is the key. Depending on how deconditioned you are to start with is the key factor in how fast you will see tangible results. If you are consistent then you can see small incremental improvements daily. 21 days make a habit. Once working out is a habit it's only upward from there. Improving everyday in strength and endurance
