Massage: is good for moving debris out of our body. This is called lymphatic drainage. The lymph system does not have a pump of its own and relies on our movement. Sedentary people are especially at risk for build up of toxins. Massage also relaxes muscles and calms the mind. See www.abmp.com for licensed referrals. Peace and good health.
