Need prompt eval: It sounds like this, at least the bleeding, has been going on for almost a week, so I think you need to be seen very soon, hopefully today. A ruptured ovarian cyst would be one diagnosis, but an ultrasound and other tests are needed to clarify what's wrong. A pelvic infection is not uncommon following cyst rupture, so this really needs to be evaluated. See your/a doctor today. Good luck!
