Neither: Neither a fall or Latuda (lurasidone) should stop your menstrual cycle. If you think you might be pregnant check then check a home pregnancy test. They are cheap, reliable and available at any pharmacy. If negative then see an obgyn for an evaluation of irregular periods and discuss options for contraception while you are on Latuda (lurasidone).
