Uterine involvement: Ovarian cancers frequently involve uterus and as a result can induce endometrial bleeding. Necrotic blood in endometrial cavity can cause symptoms you have. You should be on chemo and have had hysterectomy bilateral salpingo oophorectomy followed by omentectomy and course of chemotherapy. ER of no value. Should see GYN oncologist.
