I have a cyst on my ovary, that is 106x70x90mm in size and i think it has burst, i have been lightly bleeding for two days and the discharge is dark brown, i also have a lot of gas and mild pain on my left side.

Only one way to know: There is only one way to know if the ovarian cyst has "burst", is to have an ultrasound examination.
