Recent ct scan and vaginal ultrasound found septated cyst on left ovary 2cm x 1.5cm. pain on left side. irregular bleeding. weight loss 60lbs. urgent?

Ovarian cyst: The weight loss is very disturbing and if related to the cyst (which is not proven), this may be problematic and suggest the presence of a malignancy. Even if so, this is not an emergency, although should be done soon. Hope all turns out OK. Best wishes.

Possibly: A 2cm cyst with septation at the age of 36 is likely not significant. Cysts are normally present in young women of childbearing age. However, for your pain and irregular bleeding, you should see a gynecologist for thorough evaluation. Also, if your 60 lb weight loss was unintentional, additional tests may be necessary.
