Keep it dry: if no fever you can clean it off with simple water or peroxide and apply a small amount of hydrocortisone cream. Make sure you are not putting on lots of baby creams or powder.

Rash: Keep it clean and dry, clean and dry. Creams/ointments may worsen the problem. Keep close follow-up with your child's pediatrician (recheck in 3 days if NO improvement).
