My 12 week old baby has a akin rash on his neck and the back of his head. please advise what i can use to het rid of it or should i consult a pharmacist or doctor in person?

Monitor temp: Check his temperature and if there is a fever, cough, vomiting or other symptoms, please see your pediatrician. From your description, this may be a heat rash. Keep the area clean and dry, avoid the use of harsh soap and detergent. Apply a baby eczema cream moisturizer twice daily.
