My 5week old baby is starting to be so fussy. like almost every hour he wants to be feed. and after feeding. became so fussy again and looks hungry. ?

Breast or bottle-fed: Is he awake & alert when you start to nurse, not crying out in light sleep? Gaining 2/3 oz.- 1 oz./day? Establish a consistent bedtime & routine. Nurse, read, rock, wipe out his mouth with a soft cloth.Put him supine in his crib in his room drowsy, but awake, to self-calm to sleep. If he's awake, offer a pacifier or your finger between feeds till 4 mos. Call a lactation consultant for help.
