Complicated: Sounds like a complicated problem which would require a more complete history and review of X-rays. If you have a delayed or possibly infected non union of a fracture, the treatment centers around eradicating the infection and also getting the bone to heal. If to have a pun tract infection from an external fixatir and a delayed union, this is sometimes treated with an intramedullary rod.
