The back right side of my tongue feels constantly pinched inside/underneath. ent scope of throat normal. what are some possibilities?

Bruxism: You are probably bitting or thrusting you tongue between your teeth when you are sleeping. You can try a mouth guard to wear at the night and during the day for a while. Go to the local sporting store and mold a football mouth guard to fit your mouth. Then cut off the part that attaches to the face mask so you can close the lips. Good luck.
