Alk phos: Probably. If you have a stone in one hepatic duct, you may not be jaundiced but it will usually raise your alk phos. It's famously nonspecific but this may help.

Alkaline Phosphatase: You may have elevated bilirubin, and alkaline phosphatase. After that it depends on if there is obstruction, how long it has lasted, whether there is infection in the ducts. If the stones are not obstructing the duct there may not be any abnormalities.
