At the end of last year i had a common bile duct stone and a single episode of mild cholangitis. it took me 23 days to get my ercp treatment. will my liver recover completely after that incidence of choledocolithiasis and cholangitis?

Depends on stage of injury. Liver regenerates/heals well in some. Time will tell. Avoid alcohol and other meds than can damaged liver.
