Your choice : Working out 6 days a week for someone in their twenties is ideal. A day off to rest and re- energize is a good way to keep your body ( and mind) fresh.Everyone is differrent and should personalize their workouts to suit their goals and health.A personal trainer can help w/ setting goals for the new year and keeping your workouts from getting boring.
