Can be hard :o): A new habit takes approximately 30 days to develop. The body will fight any changes. The following will be helpful to consider: 1. Calendar to check off workout days 2. Keep a logbook of workouts- important to keep track of workouts, weight, reps, etc. 3. Willpower- the knowledge that your body will fight it can be overcome by your stubbornness to continue. 4. Consider a buddy to work out with.
