Not via HealthTap: PRIME doctors on HealthTap's virtual practice service can prescribe some, but not all medications. It depends on what would be wise medical practice, weighing the benefits of a virtual appointment vs the need for an in-person interview and exam in a doctor's clinic. Anti-depressants and anti-anxiety medications are not being prescribed via the HealthTap electronic prescription feature. (Dec. 2014)

Anxiety: Sure they can, but I would prefer face-to-face contact with patients to understand their problems better.
