No: What's really at issue? If you are concerned that you have contracted HIV, get yourself tested. You haven't listed HIV as a problem in your notes about yourself. You can't go on wondering like this; it will interfere with your being happy and effective. Acid reflux is very common and you should address this as well; any physician can advise you here.
